Noise Gate
Vector Gate
Silence the noise. Keep the note.
Vector Gate removes the noise around a performance without flattening the performance itself. Set one threshold and its adaptive response does the rest: opening quickly for each note, closing decisively after tight stops and easing away smoothly beneath sustained phrases. Built exclusively for Darkglass Anagram, it is a simple answer to noisy high-gain chains, pedal hiss and the gaps that should stay quiet.
Design philosophy
One control, constantly adapting
Vector Gate is inspired by a celebrated single-knob noise-reduction pedal whose adaptive release follows the performance instead of forcing every note through the same timing. The gate opens immediately for clean articulation, then responds differently to tight staccato playing and long, fading notes. Our circuit-informed model brings that fluid, transparent behaviour to Darkglass Anagram in a focused control that is quick to set and easy to trust.

Inside the processor
Designed to do the important things beautifully.
Playing-aware release
Move naturally from abrupt stops to ringing notes without reaching for separate attack, hold or release controls.
Smooth note tails
Let sustained notes decay cleanly while reducing the ripple and pumping that make a gate call attention to itself.
Fast, transparent opening
Preserve the front edge of picked notes and tight rhythmic parts instead of softening their attack.
One-knob workflow
Raise the threshold until unwanted hiss and hum disappear between notes; Vector Gate handles the timing for you.
